FGRS-YLDS to FIGR Exchange Instructions

1. What is the FGRS-YLDS to FIGR exchange?

This mechanism allows investors to perform a 1:1 exchange between blockchain stock (traded on the ATS under the ticker FGRS-YLDS) and Class A common stock (listed on the NASDAQ under the ticker FIGR).

 

2. What is the process of the FGRS-YLDS to FIGR exchange?

  1. The client needs to submit an email application according to the template;

  2. Moomoo US will process the exchange.

 

3. What is the fee for the FGRS-YLDS to FIGR exchange?

There are no fees charged for the exchange.

 

4. Application process for the FGRS-YLDS to FIGR exchange

Please send the template below to cs@us.moomoo.com to notify Moomoo US of your intent to convert FGRS-YLDS. The email should include:

User ID (Found on the "Me" tab in the app)

Name of the client

2. Details of the exchange request

Number of Shares: e.g., 100 shares

 

5. After submitting the email application, how long does it take to complete the exchange?

Typically, the exchange is completed within a few business days. Please note that the timeline is subject to the issuer's (Figure) internal review, as well as UMB and DTCC processing cycles.

 

6. Cancellation

  • Position Freeze: Upon submission, your corresponding positions will be temporarily frozen and unavailable for trading.

  • Non-cancellable: Requests are non-cancellable by default.

  • Support: In the event of special circumstances, please contact Customer Service promptly.
