[MooFest 2026] Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") shall apply to MooFest 2026 ("Event") Event Activities ("Activities") organised by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"), a subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited ("Organiser").

Registration Period

15 June 2026 - 18 July 2026

Tickets Eligibility

  • New and Existing Users who have opened a Moomoo Singapore Universal Account ("Moomoo SG Account") are eligible to register for the Event for free.
  • Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel any ticket registrations at its sole discretion.
  • 16,000 tickets are available and are issued on a first come first registered basis. Once all tickets are redeemed, registration will close.
  • Each moomoo ID is limited to one ticket. No transfer of tickets is allowed. You will receive an in-app push notification and will need to input your email address to receive an email confirming your successful registration.
  • This physical event is open to Singapore residents only.

Referral Bonus

  • Users will receive 200 reward points for each successful referral.
  • A successful referral is defined as a user who:
    • Successfully registers for MooFest 2026 through the referring user's unique referral link.
  • Each user may earn a maximum of 2,000 reward points under this referral programme, equivalent to 10 successful referrals.
  • Moomoo SG reserves the right to deem any referrals invalid at its sole discretion.
 
Social Media Referral Bonus
  • Users who share content about MooFest 2026 on Instagram or rednote and submit proof of posting will receive one (1) additional lucky draw chance, subject to review and approval.
  • To qualify:
    • The post must promote or mention MooFest 2026 and encourage others to register or attend the event;
    • The post must be published on the users personal instagram or rednote account;
    • The user must submit a screenshot of the published post via the Moomoo app; and must complete all the required fields in the submission form for eligibility.
    • The submission must be received by 5:00pm on 17 July 2026.
  • All submissions are subject to review by Moomoo SG, and will be reviewed within seven (7) working days from the date of submission.
  • If the submission is approved, the user will receive a reward notification under "My Rewards" in the Moomoo App titled: "One (1) MooFest 2026 Bonus Lucky Draw Chance"; otherwise, the submission will be considered unsuccesful and the user will not be eligible for the additional lucky draw chance.
  • Each user is entitled to a maximum of one (1) additional lucky draw chance under this promotion.
  • The additional lucky draw chance will be applicable to all lucky draws conducted on the Main Stage during MooFest 2026, excluding the Grand Lucky Draw Prize.
  • Moomoo SG reserves the right to reject submissions that is incomplete, illegible, unrelated to MooFest 2026, or otherwise deemed non-compliant with these Terms & Conditions.
Exclusive Avatar Frame
  • Users may choose to apply the Exclusive Avatar Frame to their account profile. The Avatar Frame cannot be removed or disabled once applied and shall remain valid until 18 July 2026, upon which will automatically expire and be removed.

18 July 2026 MooFest Event Day

Goodie Bag
  • The Limited Edition Tote/Goodie Bags are limited to the first 3,000 participants who have registered and check-in at the event at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention, Hall E between 9am - 6pm SGT.
  • All participants can only redeem 1 Limited Edition Tote/Goodie Bag per person.
  • Moomoo SG reserved the right to deny participants of the Limited Edition Tote/Goodie Bags.
 
How to participate in the lucky draw?
  • Users who have registered and checked in for MooFest 2026 on event day will be added to the lucky draw participant list.
  • The prizes will be drawn using a name picker tool and the selected moomoo ID will be announced during each time slot on screen.
  • The winner must be present in person to receive the prize; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited, and we will redraw for the next winner, or we will redraw for the next winner after calling out for 3 times.
  • The winner must show their moomoo ID for verification. Each person is only entitled to win 1 prize, and the winner will be removed from the next lucky draw participant list, except for the Grand Lucky Draw.
 
*How to participate in the Grand Lucky Draw?
  1. User must complete the Moo Passport game card by visiting all the booths stated in card.
  2. User needs to drop the completed game card into a box provided at the Moomoo Redemption Zone to participate in the Main Stage Grand Lucky Draw before 5pm SGT on 18 July.
  3. The winner will be drawn from the box on the main stage.
  4. The winner must be physically present to win the Grand Lucky Draw prizes. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited, and we will redraw for the next winner.
  5. The winner must show their ID for verification.
  6. For Grand Lucky Draw, the winner can be a repeated winner if he/she has already won prizes from earlier lucky draws.

  1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on eligibility participant eligibility.
  2. Moomoo SG has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo SG's back-end data. Moomoo SG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and may alter, withdraw, or terminate any promotion without explanation or compensation. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.
  3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.
  4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.
  5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.
  6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
  7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.
  8. In Singapore, investment products and services available through the Moomoo App are offered through Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Moomoo APP is a financial information and trading platform offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc. Nothing in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. This Campaign/Promotion does not consider your investment objectives, financial situation or financial needs.Moomoo SG does not provide investment advice and does not recommend any securities or transactions.   9. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials related to or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.
  11. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.
  12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
  13. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.
  14. The fee adjustment such as the US stock commission-free fee is applicable to (i) Singapore citizens; or (ii) non-Singapore citizens residing in Singapore with a valid proof of address which can be either a bill or bank statement within the past 3 months prior to opening the account, or the Singpass residential address in Singapore (if using Singpass for account opening); or (iii) other eligible clients confirmed by Moomoo SG. This fee adjustment applies only to individual clients. Moomoo SG reserves the right to change to whom (eligible clients) this fee adjustment applies.
  15. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").
  16. Cash Coupons do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Coupons is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash coupon depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Coupons can be used only once per order. Cash Coupons can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Coupons with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Coupons have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Coupons with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Coupons are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Coupons are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Cash Coupons acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.
