Event Details

1. Event date: 30 November 2025, 1pm - 6pm (SGT)
2. The workshop is physical. The physical workshop is located at Lifelong Learning Institute, 11 Eunos Rd 8, Singapore 408601.
3. This Campaign/Promotion is open to all who hold a successful registration for the particular Campaign/Promotion listed on the registration page.
4. Moomoo SG staff serving at the Campaign/Promotion hold the absolute right to turn down any participants and bar them from entering the premises if they are deemed to have unacceptable behavior and/or can cause disruption to the session. Such behaviors can include but are not limited to physical violence, verbal abuse, rudeness towards Moomoo SG staff or unwillingness to adhere to Event rules and regulations.

Door Gift

1. The first 200 successful registrants are eligible to receive a Toast Box voucher. Redemption of the voucher is subject to the terms and conditions set by Toast Box.

Social Media Giveaway

1. Participants will have to be aged 18 and above with Moomoo SG universal account to be eligible to participate in the Contest and be eligible to win.
2. These are the steps to participate on Instagram:

3. There will be a maximum of 5 winners throughout the entirety of this contest at the organiser’s discretion via best answers.
4. Each winner will receive one (1) Free "Thriving Future" Moomoo Figurine.
5. The 5 winners will be randomly selected by Moomoo SG through a lucky draw from all participants who have successfully completed the word search puzzle.
6. The prizes will be drawn using a name picker tool and the selected Instagram handle will be announced on screen during the stipulated lucky draw timing.
7. The winner must be present in person to receive the prize; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited, and we will redraw for the next winner, or we will redraw for the next winner after calling out 3 times.
8. The winner must show their Instagram handle for verification. Each person is only entitled to win 1 prize, and the winner will be removed from the next draw.

Lucky Draw

How to participate in the lucky draw?

1. Users who have registered and checked in for MooFest 2025 at Lifelong Learning Institute on event day will be added to the lucky draw participant list.
2. The prizes will be drawn using a name picker tool and the selected moomoo ID will be announced on screen during the stipulated lucky draw timing.
3. The winner must be present in person to receive the prize; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited, and we will redraw for the next winner, or we will redraw for the next winner after calling out 3 times.
4. The winner must show their moomoo ID for verification. Each person is only entitled to win 1 prize, and the winner will be removed from the next draw.

Trading Voucher

7. Participants must deposit at least USD 200 to qualify for a USD10 options trading voucher. Redemption is available exclusively to those who check in at the event.
8. Substitution of gifts by the winner will not be entertained. Moomoo SG reserves all rights to end the Contest or amend the rules of the Contest at any time without prior notice.
9. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by winners is permitted. If the prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever, Moomoo SG, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize with an alternative prize with similar monetary value.

Conditions and Disclaimers

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. 3. Moomoo SG decisions on the winner and the prize are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
4. All submissions should be original (i.e. taken from the user's account). They should not be plagiarised, copied, or reproduced by other participants.
5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.
6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
7. In Singapore, the investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd., a dealer licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.
10. Each participant of this campaign/promotion grants Lifelong Learning Institution a complete release from any liability and exempts Moomoo SG from any liability arising from any act, omission, or default in connection with the use and operation of the operating venue over which Moomoo SG has no control. This event is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Lifelong Learning Institution and all participants are providing information to Moomoo SG and not to Lifelong Learning Institution.
11. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.
12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
13. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").
