I. Eligibility
This activity is open to selected Moomoo Financial Inc. customers by invitation.
Moomoo Financial Inc. reserves the right to modify the eligibility criteria for this activity at any time without prior notice.
Each eligible customer may participate in this activity using only one account.
II. Activity Period
Activity Period: March 13, 2026, 10:00 AM – April 30, 2026, 11:59 PM (ET)
Redemption Deadline: May 14, 2026, 11:59 PM (ET)
Complimentary redemption coupons that remain unredeemed after the deadline will automatically expire and will not be reissued.
III. Activity Details and Rules
3.1 Task Claiming
Participants must proactively claim tasks on the activity page before completion. Only after claiming and completing a task will participants be eligible to receive a complimentary redemption coupon for the Diamonds Gift Set.
Failure to claim a task in advance will result in ineligibility for the complimentary redemption coupon, even if the task conditions are otherwise met. Please take note of this requirement.
3.2 Task Completion Requirements
Participants may obtain redemption coupons through the following methods (task types vary by individual and are subject to what is displayed on the activity page):
Task 1: Net Deposit Task
Achieve cumulative net deposits of ≥$500 USD (excluding account transfers) during the activity period to receive one (1) complimentary redemption coupon.
Net deposit calculation: Total deposits minus total withdrawals
Task 2: Referral Task
Successfully refer one (1) new user to register a moomoo account during the activity period, and the referred user completes a deposit of ≥$500 USD, to receive one (1) complimentary redemption coupon.
The referred individual must be a first-time moomoo registrant.
Task 3: Crypto Trading Task
Task 4: Cumulative Crypto Trading Task
Task Rules:
Each task may be completed a maximum of one (1) time per person. Completion of one task yields one (1) redemption coupon.
Tasks will be personalized based on user investment preferences, trading history, and other factors. Specific task availability is subject to what is displayed on the activity page.
Rewards for the same task cannot be obtained multiple times.
3.3 Redemption Rules
After receiving a redemption coupon, please proceed to the "Points Mall" to complete the redemption process.
The Diamonds Gift Set is available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Each redemption coupon may be used only once and will expire upon redemption.
Redemption coupons are non-transferable, non-cashable, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
All redemptions must be completed by May 14, 2026, 11:59 PM (ET). Coupons will automatically become void after this deadline.
3.4 Product Delivery
Upon successful redemption, products will be shipped within 10-15 business days (subject to specifications provided on the product detail page).
Delivery addresses will be based on the information provided at the time of redemption. Please ensure that accurate shipping information is provided.
Moomoo shall not be responsible for reshipment if delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related issues such as incorrect addresses or contact information.
Certain regions may be outside the delivery coverage area. Specific details are subject to what is indicated on the redemption page.
IV. Additional Terms and Conditions
4.1 Right to Modify Activity
Participation in this activity constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and rules of the activity.
Moomoo reserves the right to change, modify, add to, or remove activity content at any time, including but not limited to canceling, postponing, or rescheduling the activity, or modifying activity terms, conditions, and rules, without prior notice.
4.2 Anti-Fraud Provision
Participants must engage in the activity through legitimate means and shall not obtain activity rewards through cheating, fraud, use of unauthorized programs, or other improper methods.
Moomoo reserves the right to revoke activity rewards obtained through abnormal means such as system vulnerabilities, rule violations, or malicious manipulation, and reserves the right to pursue related liabilities.
If violations are discovered, moomoo reserves the right to disqualify participants from the activity and revoke any rewards obtained, without compensation.
4.3 Data Verification
All data related to this activity (including but not limited to deposit amounts, referral records, and task completion status) shall be determined based on moomoo's backend system records.
In the event of any dispute, moomoo reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
4.4 Disclaimer
This activity does not constitute an offer, solicitation, recommendation, opinion, or guarantee of any securities, financial products, or instruments.
Activity rewards consist of physical merchandise and do not involve any promise of investment returns.
Participants assume all investment risks independently. Moomoo is not responsible for investment outcomes.
4.5 Tax Liability

4.6 Privacy Protection
Participation in the activity constitutes consent for moomoo to collect and use relevant information for activity management and reward distribution purposes.
