Cash Transfer Processing Times

The processing time for cash transfers between your accounts depends on the direction of the transfer.

 

1. From Securities Account to Crypto Account

Standard Processing: Transfers are typically completed within 3-5 minutes.
 
Transfers on Non-Business Days: If initiated on a weekend or public holiday, funds may take up to 3 business days to arrive. Please plan accordingly to avoid impacting your trading activities.
 
Note: The estimated times are for reference only. Actual processing times may vary based on bank and upstream system processing.
 

2. From Crypto Account to Securities Account

Standard Processing: Transfers generally take 1-3 business days to complete.
 
Note: The timeline shown on the transfer page is an estimate. Actual arrival times are subject to variation due to banking and backend processing procedures.
