On March 28, Gelonghui reported that CU VENTURE INV (08159.HK) announced that after Ms. Li Haiwei resigned as the company secretary on March 23, 2025, the Board of Directors is currently selecting qualified candidates to fill the temporary vacancy that arose after the resignation. On March 24, 2025, the company received additional guidance from the Stock Exchange to comply with GEM Listing Rule 5.14, which requires that the issuer appoint a person deemed by the Stock Exchange to have sufficient academic or professional qualifications or relevant experience to perform the duties of a company secretary as its company secretary.
