Furthermore, Peng Liting will no longer serve as the authorized representative for the listing rules and company ordinance, effective from April 30, 2025. From April 30, 2025, executive director Zhang Jinghua has been appointed as the authorized representative for listing rules, while the newly appointed company secretary Shi Xueling has been appointed as the authorized representative for the company ordinance.
