Gelonghui reported on March 17 that HUAYUEXPRESSWAY (01823.HK) announced that the Board of Directors will hold a meeting on March 27, 2025, to approve the annual performance announcement for the year ended December 31, 2024, for the company and its subsidiaries, as well as to consider the proposal for a final dividend distribution (if any).
HUAYUEXPRESSWAY (01823.HK) expects an annual Operating Business loss of 10.2 million to 11.2 million yuan.
According to a news release on March 14, Gelonghui reported that HUAYUEXPRESSWAY (01823.HK) expects to record revenue of approximately RMB 188,200,000 to RMB 208,000,000 for the year ending December 31, 2024, while the revenue for the previous year was approximately RMB 407,100,000. The group also anticipates a loss from continuing Business operations for this year between approximately RMB 10,200,000 and RMB 11,200,000, whereas the previous year's profit from continuing Business operations was around RMB 16,900,000.
