Campaign Eligibility

All users who hold a Moomoo ID can use their account to participate in the campaign.

  • Referrer: Refers to a person who activates the invitation by sharing a referral code or link. All clients who are holding a Moomoo ID can refer others.

  • Regular Referee: Refers to a person who receives the referrer's referral code or link. A referee is eligible to accept the invitation if they meet one of the following conditions:

    • (1) New User: Who has never registered Moomoo ID before clicking the referrer's shared link;

    • (2) Registered User: Who has never deposited funds or transferred assets into the Moomoo SG universal account before clicking the referrer's shared link, and whose Moomoo ID was registered more than 30 days prior to clicking the referral link.

  • Only individual accounts are eligible to participate, and corporate accounts are not entitled to participate in this campaign.

 

How to Participate

Visit the campaign page, share your unique referral link with friends;

Your friend successfully completes the deposit or transfer-in task via your link.

You will receive the referral reward if the referee completes the corresponding referee requirements.

Note:You need to complete the Moomoo SG Universal Account opening process before you can withdraw the rewards.

Reward Instructions

(1)Reward Validity and Issuance

1.1 Validity Period: All coupons under this campaign are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Please refer to the expiration date indicated on the coupon. Expired rewards will not be reissued.

1.2 Distribution: Cash Coupons will be issued within 7 business days after the referee completes the corresponding task and can be viewed under "Me > My Rewards" in the moomoo app.

1.3 Eligibility: A Moomoo SG Universal Account is required to redeem rewards. Users without an account must open one prior to redemption first.

(2)Asset Maintenance Requirements:

For rewards requiring asset maintenance by referees: • Rewards will be credited to the referrer's account upon the referee's completion of qualifying deposits. However, such rewards will remain in a locked status and will not be available for use until the referee has fulfilled the asset maintenance requirements. • The referee must maintain the required average daily net asset balance throughout the lock-up period. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the forfeiture of the associated reward. • Any early withdrawals by the referee that causes the average daily net asset balance to fall below the threshold as specified during the lock-up period will permanently invalidate the reward without possibility of reissuance.

(3)Tiered Total Reward Eligibility:

Tiered total rewards are only valid if completed within the campaign period. Post-event, all tier progress will be reset.

(4)Referral Expiry:

The referral relationship with friends remains valid for 30 calendar days only from the date of establishment. If the referee fails to complete the deposit/transfer task(s) within 30 days, the invitation will be automatically invalidated, and the referrer's associated rewards will be forfeited.

(5)Daily Net Average Assets Calculation

5.1 Daily Net Average Assets Calculation = (Average Daily Net Deposits) – (Average Daily Net Withdrawals)

5.2 During the lock-up period, trading and stock price fluctuations will not affect the unlocking of reward.

(6)Member Extra Bonus: Depends on whether the referrer is a member when the referee deposits at least S$3,000.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. The referee previously opened a Moomoo SG universal account and had not made any deposit before the campaign period. Is referrer still entitled to the rewards?

A. If the referee registered before this campaign and:

Had an referrer (within the 30-day invitation validity period) → The referrer qualifies for rewards if the referee completes their first deposit/transfer during this campaign period.

B. If the referee registered before this campaign but never had an referrer:

The referee must have registered at least 30 days ago.

The referee must establish a new invitation relationship via the referrer’s link before depositing → The referrer then qualifies for rewards.

 

  1. Will I still receive rewards if my referral relationship with my friend has exceeded the validity period?

Yes, but your referee must re-establish the referral relationship with you. This can be done by clicking on your new exclusive sharing link, which will be valid for another 30 days, and completing the login process again. Please note that the re-referral must occur before the referee completes the deposit.

 

  1. If the referee has made a deposit before the start of the event but did not meet the S$3,000 tier, and then makes another deposit after the event begins to meet requirements, is the invitation still valid?

No, the invitation is invalid. The referee is required to complete their initial subscription/ deposit tasks during the stipulated campaign period for it to be considered valid.

 

  1. How can I determine if my referral relationship with my referee is active or inactive?

Your friend must register using your sharing link or invitation code. Once their registration is successful, the invitation relationship will be automatically established. The relationship must be established before the referee makes a deposit and/or transfer in order to successfully receive the referral deposit rewards. You may check your invitation records by navigating to the activity page, click "Referral Record" to check the validity of each referral relationship.

 

  1. If I am not a member (V1, V2, V3) when I sent the invitation, but became a member (V1, V2, V3) at the time the referee deposited S$3,000, how much reward will I receive?

The reward eligibility is determined by your membership status at the time the referee deposits S$3,000. In this case, since you are a member when the deposit occurs, you will qualify for the member bonus reward. The bonus reward will be credited after the referee successfully maintains the required deposit amount.

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on eligibility participant eligibility.

  2. Moomoo SG has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Campaign shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo SG's back-end data.   4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

  5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.

  6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

  7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns or promotions.

  12. This Campaign is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".

  13. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event.

  14. By participating in this Campaign, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").

  15. Cash Coupons do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Coupons is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash coupon depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Coupons can be used only once per order. Cash Coupons can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Coupons with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Coupons have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Coupons with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Coupons are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once.
